TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

We have the ability to bring this important class directly to your municipality so your elected officials and senior managers may receive a FEMA certificate for this National Incident Management System training module.

• All attendees will earn a FEMA certificate.
• All attendees will have a better understanding of how NIMS works during a critical incident. 
• All attendees will have a stronger grasp of how your local incident response resources are requested and paid for/reimbursed by the State and Federal Governments. 
• All attendees will learn the NIMS mandated command structure of who’s in charge and each person in the organization, including elected officials, can assist within the framework of NIMS. 
• Elected Officials will learn BEST PRACTICES for communicating with constituents during/after a major event. 

This class is traditionally taught once a year BY FDEM, but we have the ability to bring the class directly to you at a time and date that is convenient for your organization.   Our instructor team is FEMA certified with a wealth of experience in disaster management and response. 

The class is 4 hours long as required by FEMA to complete the modules necessary to earn a certificate.
